The roofing company even indicated that the design of the roof made it difficult to avoid problems with the particular corner that gave us trouble due to the length to the downspout. We called a few companies but were unable to find a company that would drive to Devon, being 20 mins from Edmonton. Steve and Lee were able to meet me one evening after I had finished work. By Spence Sample Steve and company replaced the eavestroughs on our house and on our shop. Just over 40 feet long, they are one long continuous piece. They drain very well, unlike the sagging ones he replaced. The down spouts have folding pieces that let them drain away from the house and shop then fold away to store. Pretty slick stuff. The crew and Steve were courteous and professional. They even repaired some soffit while they were up there that had come loose. I have no reservation recommending this outfit…and you have to love that Irish accent!

By Dean Thibadaugh In 2018, my wife and I moved into a large bungalow in Riverbend. We noted some eavestrough issues during inspection, but the extent of the problems really became evident during spring melt. In addition to leaks, the overhang of the tile roof caused water to spill beyond some sections of the gutters. We obtained several bids and chose to work with Stephen. His was not the lowest price, but we appreciated his consultative approach when considering options for the replacement. Our project had some technical challenges, including complex joint angles due to a bow window and other house features and 70+ foot continuous runs. We chose to upgrade to a 6″ commercial-grade steel eavestrough in combination with the T-Rex continuous hanger and leaf guard system. This has proven to be a wise decision and the system has performed flawlessly, even under the heaviest summer rains. Stephen’s expertise with tile roofs also came in handy on our project. While working on the eavestrough replacement, he identified a couple of cracked tiles and replaced them for us at no extra cost, and also made some repairs to the roof valleys. When my Mom needed to replace the eavestrough on her garage, I immediately introduced her to Stephen to get the work done. She is now another happy customer! I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen to friends and family.
